Cancellation policy & Risk Assesment

Cancellation Policy

As a self employed professional, committed to making a living as visual artist, cancellations negatively impact my business. However, I understand in rare and exceptional circumstances you may no longer be able to attend so here are your options:

For services below 100 GBP & one off events: Most services are advertise and planned for long in advance - due to limited capacity and to cover administrative costs there will be no refunds for cancellations on services below 100 GBP. However, provided there is availability and spots are not full, I will do my best to accommodate you for the next available session.

For one to one and group workshops above 100 GBP: If it is no longer possible for you to attend I strongly encourage you to postpone rather than cancel your booking- a lot of effort and administrative times goes to advertising a session and once booked, I am no longer able to offer a spot/day to my other clients and students. You can postpone your booking within 1 year or alternatively you can transfer it to someone else. If you decide you no longer able to attend, there will be a 20 % cancellation fee deducted from your refund, which can be fully redeemed if the course was to be re-booked. If you paid by online card payment, stripe card payment fee is deducted. That doesn’t apply to bank transfers.

If cancelation occurs from my end due to unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to full refund or can reschedule to the next class.

On rare occassions workshop doesn’t meet the minimum number of participants, I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel within a week notice.
